RIGHT-OF-WAY
Our focus is civil engineering work related to highway, bridge, traffic, and land acquisition. Therefore, we have a keen understanding of the interdependence of design and land acquisition. Knowledge of one must accompany the other.
Our team, which includes right-of-way specialists, appraisers, and buyers, has the expertise needed to participate in the acquisition of right-of-way for federal-aid projects. To that point, all work is completed in accordance with the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) Right-of-Way Engineering Manual.
